When you send the contact form or submit an app to the Vibe Marketplace, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, and any project or app details. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. We use it to reply to you and, for Marketplace submissions, to review and list your app. Forms are protected by hCaptcha to block automated spam.
The chat bubble is an AI assistant. Messages you type are sent to our chat service running on Cloudflare and answered using Anthropic's Claude API. Your conversation is stored for 30 days so the assistant can keep context, then deleted automatically. If you share an email address or phone number in chat, it is emailed to us so we can follow up. A random session identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue if you reload the page.
We run our own first-party visitor counter. It records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, the time you spent, your browser type, and a random visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage. It does not use advertising cookies and does not share data with ad networks. We use it to see which pages are useful and where visitors come from.
Our hosting providers keep standard access logs, including your IP address, the time of the request, and the page requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
The following providers process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms: IONOS (web hosting), Cloudflare (chat service and storage), Anthropic (AI responses), Web3Forms (form delivery), hCaptcha (spam protection), and Google Fonts (typefaces). None of them are given your data for their own marketing.
Chat conversations: 30 days. Form submissions: kept in our email for as long as we are in contact with you about the project or listing. Visitor statistics: aggregate counts are kept indefinitely; individual visit records are kept for up to 13 months. Server logs: per each provider's standard retention.
You can ask us to delete anything you sent through a form or the chat by emailing info@imperabusinessservices.com. Clearing your browser's site data removes the chat session and visitor identifiers. The site works without the chat assistant if you prefer not to use it.
